Losari beach is located in the western of Makassar city, South Sulawesi province.Formerly Losari beach is the seafood center at night, because at night a lot of small shop selling grilled fish along the Losari coast . Currently the Shops has been moved by thegovernment of Makassar city and concentrated into the southern coast and the beach has been created for the pavilion, parks and pedestrian. Thus the beach Losari become more tidy and be more comfortable for a walk along the beach.
The main attraction Losari beach is the Sunset. The beach is the most visited before sunset until late at night or from about 15:00 hours until 21:00 hours.

To visit at Losari beach no entrance fee charged or free. Transportation is adequate available on the Losari beach , there is city bus, taxi or rickshaw. In the vicinity of the beach Losari also available from the homestead to a variety of lodginghotels.
