SINGKARAK LAKE, LARGEST LAKE IN WEST SUMATRA

Lake Singkarak is located in the district of Solok and Tanah Datar, West Sumatra province. Lake Singkarak is the largest lake in West Sumatra and the second largest after Lake Toba in Sumatra. Wide lake Singkarak reached approximately 129.7 km2 with a length of about 20 km and 6 km wide.
