Lokon Mountain located west of Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province. The Height are 1580 m.
Lokon is an active mountain and had explode several time. Best time to climb mount Lokon is early in the morning when still cold. There are several hotel in Tomohon City. One recommended hotel are Lokon Boutique Resort. We can see Mount Lokon clearly from the Hotel. There are some interesting traditional Minahasa house in this hotel also wide garden/yard.
