IR H JUANDA BOTANICAL FOREST PARK, LEMBANG

Forest Park Ir H Juanda is located in the north of the city of Bandung, including Bandung district in West Java province. THR Juanda often called Dago Pakar Park. The park has an area of approximately 600 hectares. THR Juanda adjacent to the recreation park Maribaya. From the entrance to the dago Pakar Maribaya distance 5-6 km. The main gate is located at an altitude of 900 meters while the highest point near recreational park has a height of about 1290 Maribaya-meter.

THR Juanda is a forest area with different types of trees. In it there are many large trees and a herd of wild animals such as monkeys. Next to the bus parking lot there is a small lake which is used as hydropower Crooked.
Another attraction is the Japanese caves and cave Dutch, each built in the Dutch colonial era and the Japanese. In each of the front of the cave there are vendors who rent a flashlight with a price of about Rp 3,000, -.
If you have a good enough stamina you can walk through the path to the parks Maribaya. a distance of about 5-6 km and uphill, however you can also use a motorcycle taxi service. Along the paths are Saung Saung which can be used to rest or shelter if it rains.
