Times Square is the name of the main road intersection in Manhattan, New York City, USA. This intersection is the meeting place of roads and streets of Broadway and Seventh Avenue, and includes the area between West 42nd to West 47th Street.

The area around Times Square, called called the Theatre District includes blocks from east to west between Sixth Avenue and Eighth Avenue and between West 40th and West 53rd Street from north to south. This area is part west of the business district and the trade is called Midtown Manhattan.
