Sulawesi Island is the 4th largest island in Indonesia after the island of Borneo, the island of Papua, and the island of Sumatra. In the island of Sulawesi, there are 6 provinces namely
- Province of North Sulawesi with Manado as a capital city
- Province of Gorontalo with Gorontalo as a capital city
- Province of Central Sulawes with Palu as a capital city
- Province of West Sulawesi with Mamuju as a capital city
- South Sulawesi with Makassar as a capital city
- Southeast Sulawesi Province with Kendari as a capital city
