Pelabuhan Ratu is located in western jawa island in Sukabumi district, West Jawa Province. It takes about 3 hours drive from Jakarta or Bandung.
Pelabuhan Ratu Beach have high wave, so not good or dangerous for swimming, but good for surfing.

Pelabuhan ratu beach have a ramp type beach also there are high step rock beach type.  For gently sloping beach type can be used to take a walk the beach and feel the waves in the leg.

Along the Pelabuhan Ratu beach lodging widely available, while also a lot of shop or restaurant with a dish typical of young coconut. Other Sightseeing around Pelabuhan Ratu  is Citepus Beach, Hawu Coral, Cave Lalay, hot springs Cisolok. West of Pelabuhan Ratu  is the territory of Pandeglang district, Banten province. There are some beautiful landscapes and beaches with high waves for surfing. One of them is Sawarna beach.
